Orders & Shipping

How long does it take to curate my order?

I work a demanding full time job and I spend Friday evenings, weekends, weekday evenings, and Mondays packing orders as well as catching up on administrative tasks for Offline By Design (Offline Scoops) Studio. In most orders, each item is hand picked. In sticker wheels, this is often hundreds of stickers chosen from thousands. In general scoops, this is often over a hundred items curated just for you. Therefore, orders almost always take over a week to fulfill. 

Due to current demand, as of right now orders are typically taking 2-3 weeks.

Shipping times vary by location, but most domestic orders arrive within 5–10 business days after processing.

Do you ship internationally?

As of right now, no, but I am working on it! 

Can I track my order?

Absolutely! Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package every step of the way.

What is a mystery scoop?

A mystery scoop is a curated surprise box filled with stationery, self-care goodies, and offline activity items. Each scoop is thoughtfully packed — you won't know exactly what's inside until it arrives!

Can I choose what's in my scoop?

Mystery scoops are a surprise by design, but I do my best to ensure every item is something you'll love. If you have any allergies, dislikes, preferences, concerns, or to request an exclusion please reach out before ordering at orders@offlinescoops.com

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

Due to the nature of mystery items, I am unable to accept returns or exchanges on opened scoops. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and I'll do my best to make it right.
